CNY 2015: Reunion, 1st and 2nd Day（团圆，初一，初二）

Hello everyone!
Gong Hei Fatt Choy ~ I'm not cantonese but since I saw so many wishing in cantonese, I thought I would learn some greetings too ;) haha! I hope all of your new years have been good. For myself, this CNY has been pretty different from all the previous years.
I guess its also a sign that we are all growing up? We no longer follow our parents everywhere to all their friends' houses anymore, and slowly, we are all making plans of our own.
Time really flew by so quickly! I can't believe it has been 1 year since I went to Europe for CNY last year.

This was the outfit I wore for 大年初一 , very kindly given to me by Sadie The Label just in time before CNY. I was on the lookout for the perfect Cheong Sam till I saw the photo my friend, Sherlyn, posted on her Instagram featuring this cheongsam from her label.
I was prepared to pay full price for it, but Sher being the usual generous her, told me that I didn't have to pay for it. I'm so blessed!

I also made my younger sister, Han pose for some OOTD because she's usually very shy and awkward in front of the camera, despite looking so much more made up than usual.
Hehe kudos to you if you realised that she's actually wearing a dress I posted on my Instagram a few days ago!

I know i looked the shortest in this photo, but in my defense, all 3 of us are about the same height, with Han being slightly taller than both maur and I. Look at their heels! Its not fair haha!
My first day was spent running around to 4 different houses and I remember feeling so tired after everything. Ahh, CNY isn't for the weak! Especially since I had to conquer everything in heels hehe.
My camera died after this photo with my sisters, so I didn't manage to snap anymore pictures for the rest of the day.

We started the second day of CNY at my dad's polymates house and this has been a tradition since we were kids. Mom prepared the 鱼生 (Prosperity Toss) for that day and look how Instagram-worthy it is!
On the topic of 鱼生 , do you guys like to eat everything in there?
Well I'm usually the first to reach in for the crackers and Salmon and nothing else, LOL
Last but not least.. LOOK AT THIS FEAST ERMAGAWD
It's the fourth day of CNY today and I'm opening up my house for my friends and family. Gotta go pack up now and wash the toilet (hate doing that), Stay 羊 and happy my friends!
