Airport Style - 3 Ways with Sassydream

Friday, November 25, 2016

Now that the end of the year draws to a close, it's time to let your hair down, grab that luggage & scoot off to somewhere to recharge for the new year. I tend to do most of my travelling at the end of the year because coincidentally, that's when school holidays fall on.

Oh, let's not forget christmas and New Years' Day, that's 2 public holidays just a few days apart :>

So in light of that, I put together 3 fashion looks I would usually wear to catch my flights depending on the place I'm going, what I've got planned immediately after touch down, and also the duration of the flight. I hope you guys enjoy it!
The first look is a slightly more dressed up one. I created this look with a colder climate in mind with the boots and a denim jacket. Although there's a little heel to my booties, they are surprisingly comfy. So here's a tip, if you want that extra height and slender legs, go for a chunky heel instead of a stiletto!

Booties : Cotton On
Hat: Forever 21
Bag: Celine

Opting for a comfy top with pretty prints like this Panteha Top from Sassydream is a no-brainer because all you have to do is throw on a basic bottom & you're good to go!

The second look is one of my favorites & also the kind of style I'll opt for, especially when i'm going on a long haul flight and my key priority is COMFORT.
This casual outfit is not only comfortable, but it's also chic and really put together.
The trick here is to layer the appropriate pieces together. I opted for a long outerwear because I decided to tuck in the Hannalee Top (launching on sunday, 27/11) into my jeans. Put on a pair of high waisted jeans, and there you go! Illusion of longer legs (Y)

And if you're looking at the Hannalee Top and thinking "boring" ... you're wrong because once you take off that jacket, this unveils!
The T-bar detail that allows you to flaunt your sexyback ;)

Jeans: Sundaypeach
Bag: Charles and Keith
Jacket: Obsession of the Damsel

The last outfit is something classy, feminine with a touch of strong, edgy vibe.
This is perfect for those last min meetings that you need to fly to right after touchdown! A culotte romper is the perfect marriage of chic, professionalism & of course... wide legs = comfort!
Culottes Romper: Calina Culottes Romper (upcoming on sun, 27/11)
Leather Jacket: Primark
Bag: Celine

All outfits are from
