3 wardrobe staples you should own

Saturday, January 16, 2016

This is probably one of my favorite-st shoot I've done with matt, like ever.
I tried to present the looks from Sassydream in a more interesting way unlike how I'm usually used to doing my lookbooks.
Today I'm gonna be showing you guys how I styled 3 statement pieces that you should have in your wardrobe. A marble fabric piece, a white spaghetti tank, and a laidback flanel shirt. I hope you guys like it!

One thing I love about this brand is that they always do the prettiest clothing in such gorgeous fabric and cutting!
Not only does this piece incorporate one of my favorite prints ever, It's marble if you're wondering, but they also manufactured this flattering skort in scallop hem.
Also available in white, if you're having trouble making up your mind *wink*

Basics with a twist, you guys should know by now how much I love such pieces. My love for them are super apparent with a wardrobe FULL of them.
Sallie, an intricate chiffon piece that features adjustable straps at the front allows you to control how much of a V you would like your top to have.
I decided to style this look with a pair of black plain ol' denim shorts and threw on a sporty cap to complete the look.

Lastly, a FLANNEL! I think this style is definitely one of the most timeless styles that can last through time, and even gender! Guys that rock flannel shirts are major crushes, no?
Hehe. Flannels are super fun and easy to style because they look casual, pulled together and yet sexy at the same time.
For the "I woke up like this look" , I simply threw it over a pair of shorts and voila!
Don't judge, we all want to look like we really woke up looking like this. HAHAHA

Hope you guys are enjoying the series of lookbooks!
