As many of you have already known, I turned 20 last thursday!
Been having mixed feelings about growing a year older actually, don't know if I should be happy or not because 1) im no longer a teen 2) I'm getting closer to being an adult
And being an adult means more responsibilities, more worries, more wrinkles, lower metabolism rate etc.
However, growing a year older also means more control over my life, and becoming wiser and more mature.
Well, the fact that we all have to grow up and eventually, grow old one day, so we just gotta learn how to embrace it and age beautifully don't we?:)
My birthday this year was certainly the BEST BIRTHDAY i've ever had. Really. I always thought that nothing would match up to the birthday I had when I was 15. When I was still in my happy green uniform, being a happy go lucky TKGirl who had everything she needed.
She had nothing much to really worry about in her life (O levels were 1 year away then) either.

Hello my lovelies! How are you guys holding up? Finals are just round the corner for me, and sigh I barely have enough time to breathe. Really envious of those who can juggle both work, family, friends and still do so well in their studies.
Nevertheless, im grateful to be blessed with people that acknowledge me for my work and effort ^^v
& also, thank you to each and everyone of you out there who haven't abandoned smilelikeidiots and myself, because i've been trying my best not to go MIA!
Last month, I did my second outdoor shoot at Fort Canning Centre.
First time was at the same location, but with my bestfriend last year hehe, talking about that, it looked so much like a lesbo couple wedding shoot LMAO.

Wow I swear, the title "saikang warrior" is an understatement that day. I was in charge of shifting things, decorations, banner, balloons, photography, photobooth, and cleaning up.
Hahaha but nope, im not complaining, its gonna be my turn next year and maureen will do the same for me (if she can) muahahaha.

Despite being super busy and caught up with preparation for finals, I'm glad I could still meet Matty like everyday. LOL
Headed to Blackbird Cafe, a place I went twice before and has never failed me.
Im not even kidding. How can every single thing on their menu taste so good?? Even their salads are one of the best salads i've tasted *.*
For those of you who are interested in trying this cafe out, its located at the building next to the Cathay!
I highly recommend the Jay's Risotto, Lasagna, Wagyu beef (it literally melts in your mouth)

The past few days has been a real busy and stressful one, with finals coming up and my body not cooperating with me during this crucial period. However, yesterday was a really happy day and I was overjoyed to receive some news :)

Today, I realized how truly blessed I am.
Life is good so far and i'm contented.

Hello lovelies! Its Sunday (By the time I publish this, it'll be sunday)
My week was a really really hectic one. Lots of projects and assignments due this week, presentations the following week (Monday & Tuesday) and more coming up on the week after next.
Once the presentations and projects are finally done, it will be time to mug for finals. Why Why WHYYYYYYY. Hahaha
#complaintsofastudent. Or maybe its only just SMU students? GAH.
Either way, I'm a survivor! Loooook its Sunday woohoooooo~
Despite falling sick, running a fever on and off the entire week and having lost even more weight :( Still, thank God for letting me pull through this insane week.
That having said, there's more to come and I know that this's only the tip of an iceberg. Perhaps I shouldn't even be complaining so much? Well.. Yep maybe ;/
The only things I look forward to are probably going for shoots, earning a little more keeps, meeting my friends and spending more time with Matt. Though there seems to be a lot less time for us to meet now. Hmm

Happy 1st Birthday to the blog shop that introduced me to blog shop modelling. This journey has definitely not been a smooth-sailing one but I'm so happy to see how much they have grown!
To a tiny little blogshop with only 7 collections before they engaged me, and look how far they have come! So much more professional :) hehe.
For many of you that don't know, one of the owner from the store was actually one of the closest friend I had in primary school. She was my classmate but after we moved off to our different secondary schools, we lost contact.
It was through this opportunity that I got to meet up with my long-lost friend again. After 6 years! :)

Initially, I wanted to blog more about my recent shoot with MyPaper last friday, and the magic show by FCBC i attended. But I figured that if i were to do that, this whole post would be filled with photos of myself!
