Calm Blue Waters , My Favorite Photo Spot in Singapore

Thursday, March 09, 2017

Ahoy! I think i've never mentioned on this space before, that my favorite part of my country Singapore is actually one of the most scenic places that tourists flock to - the Marina Bay area.
Apart from the cafes and eateries of course, this entire area definitely takes the top spot for those romantic night walks and even evening runs.

There's something so serene about seeing lots of blues, sky high, tall buildings and all the iconic backdrops of singapore. If you're a tourist visiting Singapore, don't miss this area out (i'm sure you wont) because it has everything from the MBS to the Merlion accessible by foot.

This time, Michelle and I ventured out to the esplanade area to try to get a different view of the same landscape we've always been capturing, and I thought that this Andrea Patterned Dress was perfect for the calm waters and comfortable afternoon breeze.

I love that Andrea, from Le-countour is a midi piece with slits at the side, made for long walks. It is also made with 100% polyester and is super cooling to the touch. Elastic bands around the waistline not only gives you shape, but also allows you to adjust the length of the dress according to occasions.
In this instance, I was going for a more casual look and hence I tucked some fabric into the elastic band, making it shorter, exposing my ankles. But say I was attending a slightly formal event, letting it down would be more appropriate, especially when paired with heels.

Get your hands on Andrea in blue, or black over here.

I hope you guys enjoyed this post! If you'd like more secret photo spots and recommendations on places to visit, eat, or have fun, feel free to drop me an email at mongchin-@hotmail.com and i'll be glad to help! x
