What's On the Breakfast Menu : Avocado on toastWednesday, November 25, 2015
I absolutely adore making my own breakfast in the morning, there's something therapeutic about it.
What makes it better is that I know I'm feeding myself with healthier food and I can control the amount of salt, sugar, oil, butter etc that goes into the making of my meal.
Today's menu features my Avocado Toast with a Sunny Side Up, yum.
The recipe is so simple, you would cry if you actually decided to read this:
- 2 wholemeal slices, toasted
- 1/2 Avocado for each toast
- An Egg
- Salt and Pepper
